I am an administrative assistant and social media enthusiast at Word of Life Fellowship Canada.
This is my personal blog. It is focused on “leading from behind.” Let’s face it: most of us in full-time, vocational ministry will never pastor a congregation that fills a stadium and probably most of us may never write a New York Time best-seller.
Whether in ministry or otherwise, most of us will shape ourselves and our families by the thousand little decisions we make everyday rather than “the big break” that vaults someone from obscurity to fame. The reality is that most of us desire simply the recognition and respect of our families, our co-workers, colleagues and community and we’re content with that.
I also write about the resources I discover along my way particularly related to personal leadership, non-profits, social media, Christian ministry, family and, now and then, I will deviate from these categories and wade into the realm of “miscellaneous.”
My personal purpose statement is: Learning to live a pattern of deliberate personal growth and challenging others to do the same. My goal is to create and share insightful, relevant content that you can put into practice in your organization, ministry, church and personal life.
